Clinical Quality Consulting

Natasha Clinton, MSN, APRN, AOCNP joined the ION Solutions team as Director of Quality Programs on October 3, 2016. In this role, her responsibilities include serving as an expert in healthcare operations, clinical nursing, healthcare education, clinical research, quality and process improvement initiatives, and innovative patient care initiatives.

Natasha received her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Wright State University in 2006. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing and training as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 from Wright State University. She has over 10 years in healthcare experience. She was first employed by Mercy Health as an ICU RN from 2006-2007, and Highland District Hospital as a labor and delivery RN. Both nursing roles focused on the delivery of high quality patient care. She then was employed by Oncology Hematology Care, serving in many different clinical and leadership roles. In her role of Director of Nursing and Advanced Practice Provider she had responsibility to clinical practice operations, leadership and execution of quality improvement activities, healthcare policy, risk management, and practice improvement.

Natasha is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She presents on topics such as healthcare delivery, continuous quality improvement, clinical advances, and value based care delivery.
