Susan Weidner
Susan Weidner currently serves as Senior Vice President, IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions. In this role, Susan is responsible for overseeing data analytics/business intelligence, and the software development and implementation initiatives for oncology, urology and multispecialty customers. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Susan has previously held executive leadership positions at SafeNet Consulting, Inform Genomics and MGI Pharma (now Eisai). She has led the design, development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions, including those driven by healthcare informatics. Leveraging her expertise in clinical and outcomes research along with health economics, Susan has assisted pharmaceutical companies, payers and providers in demonstrating the value of their products and/or their organizations. Susan has a master’s degree in Biostatistics from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Eastern Kentucky University.
Shannon Coven
Shannon Coven serves as Vice President, GPO Operations and Services for ION Solutions. In her role, Shannon is responsible for strategic planning, contract implementation and the overall management of GPO operations for all of ION’s membership segments, as well as ION’s non-oncology GPOs. This includes direct oversight of the contract administration department. Shannon also oversees the planning and execution of all physician engagement opportunities, including ION’s robust live meeting series, and manages ION’s many exceptional Advisory Panels. Shannon has more than 15 years of operational experience and continues to focus on implementing standard operating procedures and new solutions that ensure all GPO deliverables drive strong value for both practices and manufacturers. Before joining ION Solutions in March 2003, Shannon was responsible for operations, marketing and fundraising for a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Md.
Natasha Clinton, MSN, APRN, AOCNP
Natasha Clinton, MSN, APRN, AOCNP, joined the ION Solutions team as Director of Quality Programs in 2016. In this role, her responsibilities include serving as an expert in healthcare operations, clinical nursing, healthcare education, clinical research, quality and process improvement initiatives, and innovative patient care initiatives. Natasha received her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Wright State University in 2006. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing and training as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012 from Wright State University. She has more than 10 years of healthcare experience. Natasha is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She presents on topics such as healthcare delivery, continuous quality improvement, clinical advances and value-based care delivery.
Nicole Chambers
Nicole Chambers is a Corporate Account Director with ION Solutions. In this role, Nicole is the main liaison to all precision medicine and diagnostic partners. She serves on two Precision Medicine Working Groups (Pfizer and AstraZeneca) to encourage ongoing communication and execution of initiatives as it relates to diagnostics. Previously, Nicole worked for IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions as Senior Director, Analytical Sales. She started with IntrinsiQ at its inception in 2003 where she was responsible for productizing and selling clinical usage data to pharmaceutical companies. Nicole managed the informatics sales team who are responsible for working with pharmaceutical manufacturers to fulfill their data needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from Monmouth University, where she was an adjunct business professor for five years.
Lisa Harrison, R.PH.
Lisa Harrison, RPh, is the Vice President, Practice Business Solutions for ION Solutions. Lisa brings 10 years of experience in oncology, with eight years spent in a large oncology practice and two additional years on the provider side of the industry. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Business from Judson College followed by a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Auburn University.
